AusNet and AEMO, plan an ill-conceived path for a high voltage transmission power line through some of the most magnificent country in Victoria. With no Social Licence and no understanding of the full ramifications of this proposal. State and Federal Governments are wiping their hands of this project, and the social and economic impost on the communities along the line will destroy the social, economic and environmental fabric of the Western Victorian region.

Renewable energy is paramount to our environment, however transmission of energy needs to be thoroughly planned and technologically advanced, to minimise the impacts to tourism, agriculture, businesses, livelihoods, homes, and the environment. Risk assessments need to be fully explored , as economic and safety risks are presently being ignored. Renewable energy, requires green solutions for the betterment of our state and our planet.
