Filming around the shire a campaign

For those of you who live in the Moorabool Shire, the Council are currently filming around the shire a campaign supporting the transmission lines to be put underground. The Moorabool and Central Highlands Power Alliance hope to work in conjunction with the shire with this unifying message that these transmission lines would be of least impact to communities  if they are underground.

If you live in the Moorabool Shire you may have received a letter about a Moorabool Shire Rural Land Use Strategy Survey.

You can go online and complete the survey. It would be great if you could complete this, there is a section about the high voltage transmission lines.

Follow the link below to have your say before August 12th 2020

If you are unable to complete the survey on line please call the shire on 5366 7100 and they will help you.

Do any of the other shires have anything to say, please let us know and we can share that information?

If you live in a different shire? Let us know what they are doing to help?

Also we are looking for someone to help with fundraising.. if you have any innovative ideas  how to raise some money and have some fun during Covid please get in touch?

And if you have any information or have been speaking to Ausnet it would be interesting to know as they seem to have gone to ground.
